Here are some reference books I suggest for you work in Flash
This is a great desk reference. Russell Chun (who actually taught my very first Flash 3 class here at CSM) does a suburb job of defining and demonstrating individual techniques in an easy way for you to combine them together to make most any project in Flash. This is an excellent desk reference for anyone getting into the ActionScript end of Flash. Worth every penny.
I’ve used the O’Reilly series for years, and these books tend to be a bit more technical, yet very complete. This particular edition is Colin Moock’s best effort to date in writing the definitive ActionScript reference. Its a great follow up to the Russell Chun book mentioned above.
